Responsibilities for Jobs in PAEC Foundation Islamabad

  • Project Management: This includes overall project planning, engineering, and execution of projects worth Rs.5 million and above.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with the organization’s business goals.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Ensure cost-effectiveness by creating and managing budgets.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks to avoid time and cost overruns.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress to keep projects on track.


  • Master’s degree (M.Sc) or Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in any engineering discipline or an MBA/MS in Project Management from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institute.
  • 15-20 years of experience in project and business management in the corporate or public sector.


45-65 years old (relaxable for highly qualified candidates)

Pay Package
