- Oversee transaction verifications, authorizations, and settlements
- Monitor compliance and implement process improvements for risk mitigation
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, SBP regulations, and reporting requirements
- Manage reserves and back-office securities operations
- Liaise with relevant departments and individuals
- Identify and highlight treasury-related non-operational risks and develop tools and processes to mitigate them
- Enforce internal controls
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a leading university
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a bank or leading financial institution (for Head of Treasury)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in a bank or leading financial institution (for Manager Treasury Settlement)
