1. Head of Treasury

Jobs Description

• Lead treasury operations
• Ensure liquidity
• Manage interest rate gaps
• Meet funding requirements
• Generate investment income
• Manage cash flow and funding relationships
• Oversee investment activities
• Explore investment opportunities
• Perform capital planning and debt management
• Optimize liquidity
• Verify and authorize transactions
• Monitor compliance
• Report to regulatory bodies
• Deliver profitable results
• Manage securities and back-office operations
• Identify and mitigate treasury function risks
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Prepare financial reports
• Provide information to authorized departments
• Train and develop the treasury team
• Enforce internal controls

2. Manager Treasury Settlement

Jobs Description

• Oversee transaction verifications, authorizations, and settlements
• Monitor compliance and implement process improvements for risk mitigation
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, SBP regulations, and reporting requirements
• Manage reserves and back-office securities operations
• Liaise with relevant departments and individuals
• Identify and highlight treasury-related non-operational risks and develop tools and processes to mitigate them
• Enforce internal controls

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a leading university
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a bank or leading financial institution (for Head of Treasury)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in a bank or leading financial institution (for Manager Treasury Settlement)
