The Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Inclusion Support Educator to join our team in Orange Grove! You will play a key role in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children, supporting those with additional needs to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement inclusive learning programs.
  • Provide individual support to children with additional needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
  • Implement contemporary, evidence-based teaching practices.
  • Continuously strive for excellence in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

  • Allied health qualification (e.g., Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education) or working towards one (preferred).
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved, desirable).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
  • Valid Working with Children’s Check.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts the center is open.
