In this crucial role, you will:

- Ensure impeccable standards: Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, identifying and addressing any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain open communication: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any concerns efficiently.
- Drive continuous improvement: Implement and oversee deep cleaning projects, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role (highly preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.
