Key Responsibilities

As a housekeeper, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests and residents. Responsibilities include:

• Performing various cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to ensure a spotless environment.
• Managing laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, and organizing bedding, towels, and other items.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies and household items as needed.
• Organizing and tidying spaces, ensuring all items are in designated areas.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and periodic special cleaning tasks.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest requests promptly to appropriate personnel.

This role is ideal for candidates who have an eye for detail, value cleanliness, and can efficiently handle multiple cleaning duties.

Job Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or completion of 2 contracts on a cruise ship.
2. Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
3. Language Training: Willingness to complete 4 to 6 months of German language training.
