The Role:

As our Equipment Maintenance Staff – Production Support, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production equipment running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance plans for assigned production equipment areas.
  • Ordering parts and materials, managing their timely delivery and installation.
  • Creating and presenting maintenance reports, managing budgets, and analyzing costs.
  • Identifying equipment issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements.
  • Researching and applying innovative maintenance techniques and technologies.


  • Technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant maintenance software.
