We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Greenhouse Associate to join our team!

Job Summary:

This is a physically demanding position responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our greenhouse. We offer training, so prior greenhouse experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Greenhouse Labor Responsibilities:

• Planting, watering, and maintaining a variety of plants
• Trimming, weeding, and scouting for pests
• Keeping the sales yard stocked by loading wagons with plants
• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
• Helping customers load bagged goods into their cars
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions (ability to handle heat and cold is a must)

We’re a team!

The garden center business is seasonal, so there may be times when we need you to help in other areas like cashiering, pricing inventory, or restocking the market. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs comfortably
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Available to work weekends
