50 Bistro, known for its exquisite food, wine, and service, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time position (approximately 30 hours per week). This role will primarily cover morning shifts, including breakfast and lunch service.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants or hotels preferred)
- Passion for food and beverage service with a strong knowledge of different cuisines and wines (a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- The ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
