Job Description

As a Fast-Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for a variety of duties centered around preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work as part of a team to help keep operations running smoothly during service hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system

• Prepare and serve pizzas, donairs, side dishes, and beverages according to company standards

• Package take-out orders efficiently and accurately

• Handle payments by cash, debit, or credit, and return change if required

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment

• Stock refrigerators, freezers, shelves, and display units as needed

• Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
