HRS Farms Ltd. is seeking 10 motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Farm Workers! Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate a variety of crops (List specific crops grown by the farm if possible)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (List specific equipment used, e.g., tractors, harvesters)
- Provide essential agricultural crop services like plowing, irrigation, cultivation, spraying, and harvesting
- Ensure produce quality by inspecting for ripeness and marketability
- Maintain the cleanliness and health of crops
Qualifications:
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or temporary resident with a valid work permit (mandatory)
- Experience in farm work is a plus (Specify preferred types of experience, e.g., experience with specific equipment, and organic farming methods)
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions
