Harvest Road Group is a family-owned and operated business in Western Australia, specializing in integrated cattle, beef, and aquaculture operations. Our extensive operations stretch across the beautiful landscapes of WA, from the breathtaking Kimberley region in the north to the stunning Albany coast in the south. We partner with over 1,400 small businesses to deliver the highest quality produce, represented by our leading brands, Harvey Beef and Leeuwin Coast.

Station Overview

Our operations cover six iconic stations, each with its distinct history, character, and geography, encompassing 2.7 million hectares of pristine North-Western Australia.

Available Positions

We are currently filling a range of full-time positions across our stations, including:

  • Station Cooks
  • Station Managers
  • Station Hands (Farm Workers)
  • Governess
  • Bore Runners
  • Head Stockpeople
  • Machinery Operators

Please note: These are permanent positions, and candidates on short-term or working holiday visas will not be considered. Additionally, dogs are not permitted on our stations.

Candidate Profile

We seek team members who:

  • Are committed to safe working practices and animal welfare.
  • Are motivated and hard-working, eager to embrace the Harvest Road culture.
  • Have a strong work ethic and thrive in a close-knit, passionate team environment.
  • Have experience in cattle husbandry (desirable).
  • Can adhere to the guidance of station management.
  • Possess a valid manual driver’s licence.
  • For Station Hand roles, have strong experience handling horses and/or motorbikes.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a good level of fitness for demanding physical work.
  • Have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Can pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
