About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team in a beautiful rural setting. We offer competitive wages between $22.61 and $23.23 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with olive processing and packing tasks, including operating the brine machine
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Secure pallets using straps
• Potential operation of a forklift (training provided)
• Unload and manage pallets of materials
• Participate in olive harvesting during the season (seasonal task)

Qualifications:

• No prior farmwork experience is required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively are key.
• Physical fitness is necessary for some tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
