Responsibilities

As a Farm Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security procedures, and oversee growing and crop-related operations. Additional tasks include performing general farm duties, supervising staff, scheduling work assignments, maintaining farm machinery, equipment, and buildings, and organizing and managing farm inventory.

Work Environment

The position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option. You will be working in a rural area with staff accommodation available, specifically in the grain farming sector.
