What You’ll Bring to the Team

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• Fault-Finding Skills: You’ll need the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, much like a seasoned detective.
• Current Police Check: Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards by maintaining a valid police check.
• Valid Driver’s License: A full driver’s license is required to safely navigate the production environment.
• Mechanics Know-How: Experience in maintaining production plants, including working on high-speed machinery and performing breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
• Proactive Attitude: A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude are essential for tackling challenges head-on!
• Automotive Experience: Whether you’re passionate about modifying your own car or have a lengthy employment history in the automotive sector, we want you!
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with your team.
