Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the development of delicious and novel rice cracker and snack products, from concept to launch.
• Formulation Expertise: Experiment with dough, seasonings, and packaging to create irresistible flavor combinations.
• Factory Trials: Oversee trial production runs to ensure seamless transition from lab to market.
• Quality Assurance: Define and maintain product standards to ensure consistent high quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing product lines in Japan and overseas.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (biology, agriculture, or nutrition preferred).
• English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 600+ preferred.
• Japanese Language: Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) is required.
• Valid Japanese Driver’s License: This is essential for our location.
