Factory Process Worker Key responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machinery
- Sort, stack, and test products
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- Input data into computer systems
- Label and move products
- Handle knives and trim products
- Use hoists to lift heavy items
- Stack racks and pallets
- Sort and grade products
- Test finished products
Requirements:
- Physical fitness and ability to perform required tasks
- Commitment to shift hours (day, night, and weekend shifts)
- Teamwork and ability to follow instructions
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Previous factory experience preferred but not essential
- Pass pre-employment and ongoing drug testing
