Your Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

  • Lead and deliver inspiring educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.

  • Support your team with thoughtful planning, observation, and documentation of children’s learning journeys.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, curious, and empowered.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the wider community to create meaningful educational experiences.

  • Contribute to ongoing innovation by engaging with research, reflective practice, and pedagogical documentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or approved equivalent).

  • A strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF, with practical experience in implementing high-quality curriculum.

  • Proven ability to support and mentor colleagues in planning and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, families, and peers.

  • A genuine passion for early learning and child development.

  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
