Your Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

Lead and deliver inspiring educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.

Support your team with thoughtful planning, observation, and documentation of children’s learning journeys.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where children feel safe, curious, and empowered.

Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the wider community to create meaningful educational experiences.

Contribute to ongoing innovation by engaging with research, reflective practice, and pedagogical documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or approved equivalent).

A strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF, with practical experience in implementing high-quality curriculum.

Proven ability to support and mentor colleagues in planning and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, families, and peers.

A genuine passion for early learning and child development.
-
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
