What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Pick-Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring that e-commerce orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately. Your key duties will include:

  • Order Picking & Packing: Carefully pick and pack items according to brand-specific requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards.
  • RF Scanning: Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and orders.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean and follow safety regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues like invalid addresses and mispacked orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with your team to meet order fulfillment targets.
  • Forklift Operation (If Licensed): Operate forklifts (LF, LO) for stock movement.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service. Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in pick-packing or logistics is preferred but not essential.
  • RF Scanning Skills: Familiarity with RF scanning technology is a plus.
  • Team Player Attitude: Ability to collaborate and work efficiently within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot order or packing discrepancies.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic understanding of web browsers and software is an advantage.

Essential Criteria for E-Commerce Warehouse Pick-Packer

  • Availability to work full-time (Monday-Friday) with optional weekend shifts.
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Own or be willing to obtain steel cap boots for PPE.
  • Willingness to obtain a police check if required.

Hours & Benefits for E-Commerce Warehouse Pick-Packer

  • Standard Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (optional 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
  • Breaks: 30-minute lunch break + 15-minute paid break.
  • Pay Rate: $28 – $32 per hour (depending on experience and shift).
