What we require:

• Proven Experience:. Demonstrated experience working on commercial or industrial projects.

• Technical Skills:. Ability to read drawings accurately and install ductwork according to plans.

• Diverse Skillset:. Experience in both First and Second Fix installation, including bracketing, ducted uits/systems, fire dampers, grilles, louvers, etc.

• Power Tool Proficiency:. Comfortable and competent in using power tools safely and effectively.

• Fabrication Skills (Advantageous):. Previous experience with fabrication techniques is a plus.

• Strong Communication:. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.

• Self–Reliance:. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
