About the Role:

In this combined Dockhand & Driver role, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our Brisbane Airport operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating an MR truck with a roller bed system to transport freight between our loading dock and depot within the airport precinct.
• Unloading and loading vehicles using a forklift, ensuring proper sorting and safety procedures.
• Completing shuttle runs efficiently between various TGE locations at the airport.
• Maintaining a safety-first approach by consistently adhering to WHS practices.
• Following company procedures, including reporting hazards, near misses, and incidents.
• Securing loads safely using straps and chains.
• Keeping assigned trucks clean and well-maintained, maintaining a tidy work area.
• Conducting pre-start vehicle checks independently.

What You’ll Bring:

• A valid MR truck license (or higher) and forklift license.
• Experience operating a truck with a roller bed system is a plus, but training can be provided.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to move freight efficiently and safely.
• Full rights to work in Australia.
• A strong focus on safety and commitment to WHS principles.
