Position Overview:
We are seeking a Demand Planner to join the New Machines Operations Department at our Perth Branch. Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing Promise Dates for ongoing machine builds. This position is pivotal in ensuring project timelines align with customer delivery expectations, workshop capacity, vendor scopes, and parts lead times. You’ll collaborate closely with Branch Operations Supervisors, Customer Coordinators, and the wider Planning team to ensure accurate and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities for Demand Planner – Visa Sponsorship Available

  • Review work scopes for each machine build and establish Promise Dates.
  • Plan and manage machine builds to meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with Branch Operations execution Supervisors and Customer Coordinators.
  • Monitor and update project timelines, adjusting Promise Dates as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with an interest in Project Management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an understanding of project milestones.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address build issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, capable of analyzing financial data and reports.
  • Analytical thinker with investigation skills for issue identification and resolution.
