The Roles:
- Technical Director – Dam Engineer
- Associate Director – Dam Engineer
- Senior – Dam Engineer
- Principal – Dam Engineer
Responsibilities may include:
- Designing water dams, retarding basins, and service basins.
- Inspecting, investigating, and assessing existing dams.
- Conducting safety reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
- Managing client relationships and multiple projects.
- Overseeing construction and contract administration.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dams engineering and design.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated design capability (reports, drawings, specifications).
- Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for collaboration and innovation.
