Job Overview: Cotton Farm Worker/Operator
Vitonga Farms is seeking an experienced cotton farm operator with expertise in machinery operation, irrigation systems, and general farm maintenance. As a Farm Operator with irrigation expertise, you’ll be a valuable part of our cotton team, supporting a variety of field tasks and safety practices to ensure productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Machinery Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm equipment essential to cotton farming. Perform light maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Irrigation Management: Manage and optimize drip and flood irrigation systems. Previous experience with irrigation systems is highly valued.
- Earthworks and General Maintenance: Participate in earth-moving activities and general maintenance tasks, which are crucial for sustaining our sustainable cotton farming jobs in Australia.
- Support Work Health Safety (WHS): Adhere to WHS guidelines, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a collaborative team environment, supporting smooth operations.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced cotton farm hand or operator with a background in cotton farm jobs in Moree, NSW or similar roles. Ideal candidates will have:

Requirements
