Responsibilities:

• Insulation:
  • Install and maintain insulation materials in accordance with Japanese building codes and industry best practices.
  • Ensure proper sealing and protection of insulation to maximize energy efficiency.
• Civil Works:
  • Perform excavation, grading, and foundation work for various construction projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and Japanese regulations for all civil works tasks.
• Teamwork:
  • Collaborate effectively with other construction team members.
  • Communicate clearly in Japanese to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, preferably in both insulation and civil works.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language: Basic Japanese language skills for effective communication on the job site.
• Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
