We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Child Care Provider to work in a private household setting located in Armstrong, British Columbia. This full-time opportunity requires someone who is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

The position involves a variety of responsibilities including childcare, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. The selected candidate will work closely with the family, ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the children. As the child care provider, your key duties will include:

Supervision and Daily Care:
Supervise and provide attentive care to children at all times
Tend to the emotional well-being and physical needs of children
Accompany children on local outings as needed

Home Management and Support:
Assume full responsibility for household operations in the absence of parents Child Development and Discipline:
Instruct children in personal hygiene, cleanliness, and social manners

Nutrition and Meal Preparation:
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks
Encourage healthy eating habits among the children

Required Certifications

To ensure the safety and well-being of the children, the following certifications are mandatory:

CPR Certificate
First Aid Certificate

Pass a Criminal Record Check
Be comfortable with background screening
