Baygold Ltd, a progressive and forward-thinking kiwifruit orchard management and construction company in the Western Bay of Plenty, is looking for enthusiastic Casual Orchard Workers to join our team.

🐝 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Casual Orchard Worker, you will support a variety of seasonal kiwifruit orchard tasks, including:

  • Bud thinning and flower work

  • Foliage management

  • Training canes to strings

  • Other orchard maintenance tasks as required

✅ What We’re Looking For

No previous experience is required — just a willingness to learn and contribute. To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be physically fit, motivated, and reliable

  • Have good communication skills and follow directions well

  • Be flexible, as workdays may be affected by weather (rain days apply)

  • Have a friendly, professional manner and work well in a team

  • Hold the legal right to work in New Zealand

📅 Work Period & Hours

  • Seasonal Work: From 10th October 2025 to early February 2026

  • Shifts: Ongoing casual shifts, including weekend work

  • Flexibility: Days off may vary depending on weather conditions
