Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Carvers to join our growing team in Saskatoon, SK. This role is ideal for individuals with an artistic eye, strong craftsmanship skills, and hands-on experience in wood, stone, and related materials.

As a Carver at Innovative Stonecraft Inc., you will create, design, and finish carvings and sculptures, while contributing to the development of high-quality products that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Carve, sculpt, and produce designs from wood, stone, clay, concrete, and other materials.
✔️ Construct and shape decorative instruments and products based on specifications.
✔️ Design, develop, and specify processes for moulding, forming, and thermal treatment of metals, alloys, ceramics, and other materials.
✔️ Apply techniques in engraving, sculpting, and mold making.
✔️ Ensure precision, attention to detail, and creativity in every project.
✔️ Follow workplace safety practices in a dusty and non-smoking environment.

Work Environment & Setting

• On-site work only (no remote option).

• Urban area manufacturing and industrial setting.

• Dusty environment; protective gear and safety protocols provided.

• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
💼 Experience: 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
🛠️ Skills & Abilities:

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to distinguish between colours and execute artistic designs.
