ABD Overseas Manpower Corporation is seeking a skilled Analyzer Technician to join a leading oil & gas services provider in Doha, Qatar. If you have a strong background in calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Instrument Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure the precise operation of industrial instruments by performing regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any technical issues swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Record Keeping & Safety Compliance: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and strictly adhere to safety protocols while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with hands-on experience in maintaining online analyzers in oil & gas processing or petrochemical environments.
- Education: Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or related fields.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in the calibration of gas and liquid analyzers, with a strong understanding of various test equipment.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and solve issues related to sample systems, gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers, and moisture analyzers.
- Software Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft business software is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
