Requirments
- A married couple required.
- ALS certified high school graduate
- In Housekeeping, both must have TESDA NCII.
- 2 years of housekeeping experience, either locally or internationally (both)
- Husbands can perform basic household upkeep, gardening, and security surveillance.
- The wife must be able to operate household cleaning equipment, as well as conduct basic cooking, laundry, and general housekeeping.
- Both must be able to care for domestic animals on a basic level (dogs, cats)
- Can communicate in basic English
Duties
HOUSEKEEPING
- Vacuuming, dusting, wiping the floors, and other general housekeeping tasks
- Taking care of all fine china, crystal, artwork, and other particular collections in the home.
- Cleaning and putting things away on a daily basis.
- Also, Outdoor areas and furniture should cleaned and organized.
- Trash and recycling collection.
LAUNDRY
- Laundry on a daily/weekly basis, including clothes, linens, and towels, ironing, folding and storing clothing in closets, and delicate fabric washing (handwashing).
- Every day, beds are made and rooms are cleaned.
- Pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning
- SERVICE
- The layout of the table.
- Assisting with both private and public events.
MAINTENANCE/GROUNDSKEEPING
- Maintaining the property’s standards and efficiency on a day-to-day basis.
Identifying projects for maintenance and repair. - Furthermore, HVAC, boilers, A/V, Crestron Smarthome, security system, swimming pool, irrigation, and other general handyman services and facilities
- Interior and exterior work, as well as seasonal tasks, require scheduling and management of home installations, trades, and vendors.
- Gardening, grass mowing, snow removal, and minor repairs are all things that need to be done.

- Keeping a weekly activity log is required.
