STEP School Seeks Talented Preschool Teachers (All Genders Welcome!)

STEP School is seeking three passionate and qualified preschool teachers to join our growing team!

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic educators to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our youngest students. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and maintaining a welcoming and engaging classroom space that fosters creativity and exploration.
• Observing, assessing, and documenting students’ progress in their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, units, and projects aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues and administrators to create a cohesive learning program.

Position:

• 3 Pre-School Teachers
• Science Teacher
• English Teacher
• Computer Teacher

Experience:

• 3 years experience in the same position at a reputed academic institute

Education:

• Master from any HEC-recognized institute

Other requirements:

• Ability to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow
• Ability to observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, and social development
• Ability to collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development and evaluation of STEP School programs
• Ability to establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to students
• Substantial experience in overseeing and managing budgets and resources
