This role offers the chance to work on diverse elevator projects in Melbourne and regional Victoria, from low-rise buildings to high-rise skyscrapers. What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and repair KONE elevator equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to KONE’s safety, quality, and health standards.
  • Lead and manage teams of varying sizes on installation projects.
  • Meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team and clients.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the elevator industry (preferred).
  • Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering (desired).
  • Basic Dogging and Intermediate Rigging trade qualifications (desired).
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to workload management.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
