Think Water Noosa is a specialist water solutions company offering design, supply, installation, and maintenance services for irrigation, pump, and filtration systems. We’re seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

The Role:

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a variety of irrigation, pump, and filtration equipment for residential and commercial clients.
• Provide technical advice and sales support to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Design solutions and generate quotes for customer projects.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to jobs, including materials take-off and equipment ordering.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to plan external jobs effectively.
• Maintain accurate stock records and manage vehicle resources.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 1-3 years’ experience in the irrigation and pump industry.
• Strong knowledge of various pump types and their troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement efficient solutions.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• A valid Class C driver’s license.
• Certificate III in Irrigation (or equivalent) is a plus (not mandatory).
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and travel for training as needed.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with diverse personalities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
