Position Summary

We are seeking a Farm Equipment Operator / Farm Labourer to join our seasonal operations team. In this role, you will work closely with supervisors and fellow crew members to support field activities, crop care, and pollination tasks.
This is a hands-on position that requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Main Duties

• Assist with crop monitoring, including observing flowering patterns and reporting field conditions.

• Operate and maintain various types of farm equipment as needed (training provided).

• Support irrigation operations, pest control measures, and general crop care.

• Clean and maintain work areas, vehicles, tools, and machinery.

• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.

• Assist supervisors with daily field tasks and harvesting activities.

• Work outdoors in different weather conditions to support the pollination and crop-management process.

What We’re Looking For

• Hard-working, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors for long hours.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.

• A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to changing work tasks.

• Experience with farm work, agriculture, crops, or bees is an asset (training provided).

• Valid driver’s licence preferred; manual driving experience is an advantage.

• Valid work permit is required for applicants not holding Canadian residency or citizenship.
