Commworx Civil Pty Ltd is expanding its workforce in response to major ongoing and upcoming civil construction works across Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, and regional NSW. We are actively recruiting for multiple positions across several high-profile projects, including:

Subdivisions
-
Renewable energy projects
-
Mining operations
-
Road construction and roadworks
Most projects offer immediate starts, with overtime, day and night shift availability, and opportunities for long-term, stable employment.
Available Positions
We are seeking experienced and reliable people for the following roles:
• Truck Drivers – HR / HC
Including Watercarts, Tippers, and Truck & Dog combinations.
• Pipe Layers
• Front-End Loader Operators
• Coal Mine Operators & Plant Operators
Moxy Operators (NSW), Roller Operators, and GPS Excavator Operators.
• Skilled Labourers
These positions will generally commence on a casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into full-time employment following performance review.

Desired Skills & Requirements
To be successful, applicants should have:

Availability to complete all required inductions, paperwork, and site training
-
Relevant certificates, licences, and plant operating tickets
-
Ability to perform manual labour and physical tasks
-
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
-
Willingness to undertake a Police Check if required
-
A solid work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
-
Coal Board Medical – preferred but not essential
-
A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle (HR Licence preferred but not mandatory)
-
White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)
-
First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
