Role Summary: Maintaining Hilton’s High Standards

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading the Room Attendant team to ensure the delivery of an exceptional Guest and Member experience. This role focuses heavily on monitoring housekeeping standards, daily task management, quality inspection, and supporting the Head Housekeeper with training and operational needs.

Key Supervisory and Operational Duties

The Floor Supervisor must perform the following tasks to the highest standards, ensuring compliance and efficiency:

  • Team Leadership: Directly supervise Room Attendants, including daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.

  • Quality Control: Conduct routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they consistently meet Hilton’s high standards.

  • Guest Interaction: Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities, and communicate them promptly to the relevant team members. Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Administration: Carry out lost property procedures and report all maintenance issues accurately to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.

  • Training and Development: Assist the Head Housekeeper with departmental training requirements.

  • Compliance: Fully comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

  • Teamwork: Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships across the hotel.

  • Previous experience in Hosting Service (Governance) is highly valued.
