We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team at West City and Lynnmall stores. If you’re full of energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy being part of a fun and healthy brand, this role is for you!

Work Schedule & Availability

To be considered, you must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand and available for the following shifts:

  • West City: Thursday to Sunday (including late night) – approx. 15 hours per week.

  • Lynnmall: Thursday to Sunday, within mall trading hours – approx. 15 hours per week.
    Please note: Only applicants with the above availability will be considered.

About the Role

As a Store Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter, creating and serving our famous smoothies, juices, salads, and wraps. Your role is all about delivering excellent customer service while keeping the store buzzing with positive energy.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a genuine passion for people. Ideally, you will have:

  • A positive attitude with an eagerness to learn.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A natural flair for customer service – you enjoy chatting with people!

  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential).
