Job Overview
Allo Mon Coco is seeking a motivated and reliable Cook’s Helper to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and eager to develop their culinary skills. You will play a key part in supporting cooks, preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Education and Experience

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
As a Cook’s Helper, you will:

Assist cooks and chefs with daily food preparation and cooking tasks.

Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
-
Prepare ingredients and keep supplies stocked.
-
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.

Receive, unpack, and store kitchen supplies and food deliveries.
-
Assist with plating meals and portioning food.

Handle kitchen tools, utensils, and appliances safely.

Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.

Support the team in ensuring efficient kitchen operations during busy hours.
