What We Are Looking For

We are currently recruiting for multiple positions in fast-paced manufacturing and production environments, including:

  • Factory Hands

  • Assemblers

  • Production Workers / Process Staff

Successful candidates will bring proven experience in factory or assembly work, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the team, your daily tasks may include:

  • Performing general factory and production duties.

  • Assembling products and components with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Operating basic machinery and tools (training provided where required).

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

  • Meeting daily and weekly production targets.

  • Following all workplace health and safety guidelines.

Requirements – What You’ll Need

To be considered for these roles, applicants must have:

  • Physical fitness – capable of performing manual handling and standing for long periods.

  • Flexibility – willingness to undertake a variety of factory and manufacturing tasks.

  • Availability – Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week.

  • Transport – reliable own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (public transport not suitable for most sites).

  • Immediate Start – you must be available for an interview and ready to commence work straight away.
