About the Opportunity

Inter Industrial Services is seeking reliable and motivated casual pick packers to join our warehouse teams across the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for experienced workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to secure consistent work during one of the busiest times of the year.

We are currently filling multiple warehouse positions and are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, proven packing experience, and a commitment to productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently.

  • Meeting daily productivity and performance targets.

  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

  • Following clear instructions and standard operating procedures.

  • Standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.

Skills & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 2–3 years of packing experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Proven ability to meet pick pack targets.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.

  • A strong work ethic and reliability.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must also have:

  • Own reliable transport to and from work.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety boots and high-visibility clothing.

  • Two valid work-related references.

  • Full working rights in Australia.
