Overview

Cantaritos Grill Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of the restaurant.

Languages

• English (required)

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.

• Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing in alignment with the restaurant budget.

• Monitor staff performance, providing guidance and feedback where necessary.

• Plan and organize day-to-day operations to optimize workflow.

• Develop and assign staff work schedules.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of staff members.

• Train new and existing staff to maintain quality and consistency.

• Negotiate with clients for catering services or facility rentals.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.

Eligibility Requirements

• A permanent resident of Canada, or

• A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
