RA Electrical Ltd. is currently hiring skilled and motivated Electricians to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta. We are offering permanent full-time employment, with work starting as soon as possible.
The position pays $37.00 per hour for a standard 40-hour work week, with work primarily scheduled during early mornings and mornings. Two (2) vacancies are available, so interested candidates should apply promptly.

Workplace: On-site — all tasks are performed at physical job sites; remote work is not available.
Schedule: Early mornings and mornings as required by projects.

Qualifications
Education:
A valid Trades Certificate or Diploma related to the electrical trade.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
Language:
Proficiency in English is required to read blueprints, safety guidelines, and communicate with clients and team members.
Certificates & Licences:
Electrician Trade Certification is mandatory.
Security:
Applicants must be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
Main Responsibilities
As an Electrician at RA Electrical Ltd., your tasks will include:
Installing and repairing electrical controls and panel boxes
Providing professional customer service and maintaining clear documentation
Designing and constructing single-phase and low-voltage multiphase services for single or multi-meter installations
Splicing, joining, and connecting wires safely and according to code
Testing and measuring voltage, loads, and circuit integrity, and troubleshooting faults
Connecting power for audio and visual systems, surface-mounted and overhead cables
Grounding and bonding electrical systems, including pools and hot tubs
Renovating electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings
Conducting preventive maintenance programs
Reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and technical specifications
Training and supervising apprentices when required
Work Conditions & Requirements
Work is fast-paced and physically demanding.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards is essential.
Electricians must have steel-toed safety boots and provide their own basic tools.
