🧀 About the Role

We currently have multiple opportunities for motivated individuals to join our Cheese and Butter plants as Packing Operators. These full-time roles are based at our modern manufacturing site in Waharoa, Waikato. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the cheese or butter packing equipment to meet production targets while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • The unrestricted right to work in New Zealand

  • A high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • A strong commitment to Health & Safety, as well as Food Safety and Security compliance

  • The ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern (4 days on / 4 days off)
    It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Previous experience in the dairy industry

  • Experience in a similar packing or machine operator role

  • A valid forklift license
